Despite the Bunning controversy, McConnell’s manuevering, and behind the scenes politicking, Dr. Rand Paul continues to enjoy increased support from the grassroots. As “politics as usual” emerges once again, Rand is initiating substantive discussion on balanced budgets, less debt, a stronger Dollar, free market solutions, and a more efficient national defense. People are growing tired of party politics, Establishment coronations, and vague rhetoric. Over the last eight and a half years, such policies have created huge budget deficits, crippling national debt, a devalued Dollar, an overstretched empire, and a gargantuan federal government.
