The Kentucky Republican Party is hosting an event perfect for the Rand Paul 2010 Senate Campaign.
The KY Republican Leadership Conference will offer activists and candidates the resources needed to build effective grassroots operations through a series of interactive training sessions next Saturday, June 20th, at the Downtown Lexington Hotel.
“Events like this are a good way to unite the party statewide. The GOP leadership training in Lexington will be useful to further champion the traditional conservative beliefs that Dr. Paul stands for.”
Having already organized a “Mini” Donation Bomb on June 2 that brought in $25,000 in online donations to the Rand Paul for US Senate Exploratory Committee just two weeks after Dr. Paul announced its formation, Paul supporters are eager to build the best grassroots campaign in Kentucky.
Though Dr. Paul is still hard at work as an eye surgeon, the Rand Paul for US Senate Exploratory Committee has raised $70,000 before asking for donations. The Rand Paul grassroots movement is already in stride.
Traditional fundraisers are scheduled in Dr. Paul’s hometown of Bowling Green in July and in Texas in August. There are tentative plans for fundraisers in California in September, Florida in October and New York in November.
