Once each year Americans celebrate adoption of the document outlining the fundamentals of American government and describing the rights and freedoms of its citizens.

Constitution Day commemorates September 17, 1787.

Rand Paul strives to uphold the original intent of the Constitution every day. He believes in limited government. As a member of Senate, he will work to return government to the form its founders intended.

This means limiting the federal czars appointed at taxpayer expense. It means not wildly expanding government’s role in private healthcare.

Constitution Day is a day to honor the courage and wisdom of our Founding Fathers. We should honor them by keeping government within the limits instilled in this precious document, the Constitution, 222 years ago.
