Reading the Bills… What a Novel Concept!

Perhaps we should have them read all the bills.

When it comes time to vote on a bill so massive that the cost is measured in the trillions, most Senators won’t even be able to read the 2,074 page bill before they vote on it unless they are forced to do so by the Senate.

Rand Paul supports legislation requiring lawmakers to actually read the bills before they vote on them.
