Rand Paul supports permanent Death Tax repeal. The federal estate tax is temporarily 0% in 2010, but some Senate Democrats want to retroactively tax the estates of those Americans who passed away since the beginning of the year brought on temporary relief.
Rand opposes all tax increases, especially this one.
