Rand Paul will join a rally in the Capitol Rotunda on Thursday morning, April 1, at 10am ET hosted by Bluegrass Institute, Kentucky 9/12, and Kentucky Tea Party. The purpose of the rally is to urge Kentucky’s citizens and government officials to fight back against ObamaCare’s ruinous mandates.
