Rand Paul just received a $2000 PAC check from Senator Jim Bunning. The check came with a note from Sen. Bunning which said “I’m sure you will put it to good use. I look forward to seeing you in the near future.”
Rand has always supported Sen. Bunning’s efforts to protect free market capitalism and private sector job creation from the tentacles of big government. Rand, like Sen. Bunning, opposes bailouts and government ownership of private companies. As Senator, Rand will work to balance the federal budget, end wasteful pork barrel spending, work for term limits and fight for a strong national defense.
Sen. Bunning has endorsed Rand in the 2010 Republican primary for Kentucky’s U.S. Senate race.
