Bus Tour Day One:

On day one of Dr. Rand Paul’s Campaign Bus Tour throughout Kentucky, Dr. Paul made his first stop in Elizabethtown where he met with a large crowd of local supporters at the downtown Panera Bakery, along with Congressman Brett Guthrie and State Senate President David Williams.  In Dr. Paul’s speech to the crowd, he covered some of the main themes of his campaign, in particular the tackling the national debt, creating a better environment for small businesses to flourish by repealing Obamacare, fighting Cap and Trade, and reducing the regulatory burden.

The campaign tour stopped next for lunch in Shepherdsville at Frischer’s Big Boy restaurant where Dr. Paul met with and spoke to another sizable crowd of supporters about the major issues of the campaign once again.

Shelbyville was the next stop. Dr. Paul was welcomed by local small business owners and a group of local supporters at W.J. Andriot home improvement store, where Dr. Paul reiterated his message to the crowd.
