Dr Paul has been traveling the state since early 2009 and has plans to travel throughout the state in the coming months. Here, a local NBC affiliate, caught up with Rand in Paducah. In this brief interview, Dr. Paul talks with a reporter about how Kentuckians need to bring the politicians home and replace them with regular citizens. He references: career politicians are not change for Kentucky or America, new leadership is needed.
