Paul W. Collins, a singer/songwriter/artist from Kentucky, learned about Rand Paul because of his son Joshua who is a senior at Northern Kentucky University. Paul and his band VELVET SOUL decided they could help spread Rand’s message by writing the “Rand Paul Song” which is spreading throughout the Nation.
