“If Bunning decides to run, expect Cathy Bailey, the former ambassador and GOP fundraiser par excellence, would most likely enter the Republican fray. Ms. Bailey has indicated on several occasions an interest in running.

Expect then a Republican primary among Senator Bunning, Ambassador Bailey, and Dr. Paul. Trey Grayson has pledged not to run if Senator Bunning files for re-election.

We should probably expect the unexpected from Senator Bunning.”
