Bowling Green, Kentucky - Dr. Rand Paul will be holding a press conference Friday, September 10, focusing on the negative effects of President Obama’s nationalized health care plan will have on small businesses.
“Obamacare is a disaster for small businesses in Kentucky, and the uncertainty stemming from this legislation is already causing premiums to rise and will certainly mean lost jobs and security for Kentucky families,” said Jesse Benton, Paul’s campaign manager. “Rand Paul will lead the fight in Washington to protect small businesses and save Kentucky jobs from the agenda being pushed by Washington liberals and the Obama administration.”
The site of the press conference is a small locally-owned construction company that employs thirteen people, and pays for its employees’ health coverage.
