The bang heard ‘round western Kentucky yesterday was the sound of Rand Paul slamming a copy of the 1,100 page bailout bill on the podium during his speech at the annual Fancy Farm Picnic.
Dr. Rand Paul will speak at Warren County Republican Women’s Club. The event is free and open to the public.
