Nancy Pelosi was even wrong about this:  It’s months after the bill passed, we still don’t fully know the harm this scheme will cause. The non-partisan Congressional Research office called the number of new agencies “unknowable.”

Indeed.   What a mess.   That is why Dr. Rand Paul favors repeal of Obamacare.   Jack Conway agrees with Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and this chart.
