Our brave men and women are serving under extreme stress these days. Multiple, combat deployments appear to be taking a serious toll on the psychological, emotional, and physical well being of our troops and their families. Dr. Rand Paul believes our men and women must be provided with the best medical and psychological treatment available as a reward for their invaluable service.
In light of the significant increase in military suicides, he also believes that US foreign policy, from both a strategic and economic standpoint, needs a fresh perspective.
